This CLE will explore the lawyer’s obligation under the Rules of Professional Conduct to be honest with their clients, the tribunal, and to Disciplinary Counsel; what truth (and untruth) looks like in disciplinary investigations; and the impact of honesty on disciplinary outcomes.
