Mentorship 101:  Whether you are in private practice, public service or other legal services,  good mentorship is important to a successful and rewarding legal career.  This CLE will discuss how to be a good mentor and a good mentee, what makes a good mentorship match, how mentorship can be mutually beneficial, what are the different types of mentorships and other tips and strategies for a successful mentorship relationship.  In addition, this session will cover lawyer’s obligations under the Rules of Professional Conduct when it comes to mentoring and supervising other attorneys. This program will benefit attorneys in all stages of their careers.
