Other Upcoming Events

We have a very exciting CLE schedule planned for 2009-2010. This year's theme is “the Successful Rhode Island Attorney: A Practical Series.” We have enlisted some of the most qualified and dynamic speakers to talk to you about different areas of Rhode Island practice - all from a female practitioner’s perspective. In November we had CLE focused on Civil Litigation; on February 25th we will have a CLE focused on Family Court, in March we will have a CLE focused on Alternative Legal Careers, and on April 13th we will have a CLE focused on Corporate Practice.

Additionally, we will be again hosting an event concerning dressing well in the practice of law and business.

Finally, this year's Annual dinner will be held in June. We are currently accepting nominations for the Ada Sawyer Award for 2010 to be presented at the Annual Dinner. Nomination forms can be found under the events page.
