RIWBA CLE: Restoring Civility in Civil Procedure - How to Decode the Unwritten Rules of Practice & Successfully Navigate the Discovery and Trial Process (November 18, 2009)

On November 18, 2009, the RIWBA is hosted the second CLE in the Women in Law Series. This CLE concerns civility in civil procedure and the unwritten rules of civil practice in Rhode Island. The Honorable Susan McGuirl of the Rhode Island Superior Court, Rebecca Tedford Partington (Assistant Attorney General), and Melody A. Alger of Alger Parker, LLP, presented this CLE in Courtroom One of the Licht Judicial Complex at 12:30-1:30pm on November 18th.
