RIWBA Mentoring Kick-Off Event (March 4, 2009)

RIWBA mentees and mentors gathered to kick-off the new RIWBA mentoring program at a 8:30am breakfast reception at Partridge, Snow & Hahn . Tracy Baran, the Chair of the Mentoring Committee, presented tips to attendees on how to get the most out of a mentor-mentee relationship and pairs were introduced or reacquainted following the presentation.
