COMMITTEES
 

The Rhode Island Women's Bar Association currently has the following five committees:

  • CLE/Events Committee: RIWBA's CLE and Events Committee is chaired by Aileen Sprague. The Committee is responsible for identifying and planning legal seminars and networking events to benefit our membership. If you would like to become involved in the planning of these events, or have an idea or suggestion for an event, please contact

  • Membership Committee: RIWBA's Membership Committee is chaired by Gina M. Renzulli. The Committee is responsible for recruiting new members, as well as maintaining and developing our current members' involvement within the organization.   • Mentoring Committee: RIWBA's Mentoring Committee is chared by Tracy C. Baran. The Committee is responsible for providing mentors for Roger Williams School of Law students and other law students and new attorneys in the area, and pairing mentees with female practitioners in all fields of practice. The Committee is also responsible for providing informal mentoring events and activities for law students and for new female attorneys.   • Website Committee: RIWBA's Website Committee is chaired by Alicia J. Samolis. The Committee is responsible for posting and updating information on the new Rhode Island Women's Bar Association Website about the organization and issues effecting its membership on RIWBA's new website.
